The high-quality sweet and acid whey that comes from cheese making is directly fractionated at the dairy into various components, primarily whey and special powders, using the latest membrane technology. These products (whey protein, lactose, milk protein) are sold either in 25 kg sacks, 1,000 kg Big Bags or in silo transporters of 25,000 kg under the name “Sachsenmilch”.
The dairy is also regarded as a knowledgeable contact for liquid raw materials of the dairy industry.
