The fresh products part of the plant produces yoghurt, buttermilk, rice pudding and various mixed milk and drink products under the Sachsenmilch and Müller brands. These include well-known products such as Sachsenmilch Früchtchen, Müller Reine Buttermilch, Müller Milchreis and the “Yoghurt with the corner”. The filling capacity is 2.5 billion pots of yoghurt per annum. The recently constructed PET bottle-filling plant has an annual capacity of 340 million units. 21,000 tonnes of fruit additive can be produced annually by an attached fruit processing facility.
